There was a range of different repsonses for this questions, some believed a voiceover enticed the audience more and created more anticipation, others felt that dialogue when used should be significant, it was also deemed very effective but that music and titles should take the main role.

Everyone mainly responded with the fact that a trailer should be a device in which makes you want to see the film, it also gives the audience a sense of security in knowing whether or not they will ike the film, some commented that it is also created in order to establish key parts of the narrative and genre, it should always be the best bits of the film.

9)Do you believe that titles or a voiceover lead trailers more effectively, why?

It was a mixed bag in deciding whether titles or a voiceover lead the trailer more effectively, titles were said to be easier to follow, shorter and sharper, consequently more engaging especially when meeting the time of the music used.

Those who felt a voiceover was more effective did so because they believed that audio is generally more powerful and dramatic.

One person said that both titles and a voiceover should be used in order to cater for both the deaf and blind audience- a valid point in today's society.
